We deliberately use a standardized bark extract from genuine Ceylon cinnamon rather than Cassia cinnamon, which has a much higher coumarin content. It is already completely dissolved in our liquid formula and immediately available.

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions. According to the EU Health Claim, it contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

We use two highly bioavailable forms (citrate + bisglycinate). Already fully dissolved in liquid — no dissolving phase required.

Zinc is a cofactor in over 200 enzymes. According to EU Health Claims, it contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism, the maintenance of normal skin, and normal fertility and reproduction.

Our zinc bisglycinate is one of the most bioavailable chelated forms. In liquid form, it is already dissolved and immediately available.

Spearmint contains rosmarinic acid and other secondary plant compounds. In formulation, it is used as a botanical building block in hormone-sensitive contexts.

The lipophilic components are micellized and made water-compatible using our gum arabic process.

Black cumin (Nigella sativa) contains thymoquinone as its bioactive active ingredient. The plant has been used in traditional diets for centuries and complements the formula as a versatile plant-based component.

Thymoquinone is fat-soluble—through micellization with gum arabic, it becomes water-compatible and significantly more bioavailable.

Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing fatty acid that acts as a cofactor in mitochondrial energy production and plays a role in glutathione recycling. It is amphiphilic (soluble in both fats and water).

Micellization with gum arabic further optimizes the absorption of the lipophilic components.

L-carnitine is an amino acid-like compound that transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria—where energy is produced. It complements the formula in the area of energy metabolism.

It is water-soluble and already completely dissolved in our liquid formula.

Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and enhances iron absorption (EU Health Claims).

Our form is ascorbic acid — water-soluble and immediately available in our liquid formula.

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is the main catechin in green tea—a powerful polyphenol that complements the formula as an antioxidant plant-based ingredient.

Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and plays a role in cell division (EU Health Claims). Essential when trying to conceive and in early pregnancy.

5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) — the bioactive form. Does not need to be converted first, particularly relevant for the 40–60% of the population with the MTHFR gene variant.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. It also contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the normal function of the nervous system (EU Health Claims).

We use pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), the bioactive form that the body does not need to convert. Water-soluble and already dissolved in our liquid formula.
