I stopped taking the pill after 14 years and was really afraid of unwanted side effects. It is of course logical that you have side effects, especially in the beginning, but you still don't want to have severe side effects if you can prevent them. That's why I looked around for a suitable preparation and came across fenou. Thanks to the amount of information and explanations, I immediately “felt comfortable” and ordered the 3-month package. I ordered the bundle because I stopped taking the pill after over 10 years and was afraid of how my body would react. For the first few days (I didn't have the bundle yet) I struggled with dizziness and pain. After a week and taking the capsules, things have improved significantly, now after 4 weeks I have no symptoms. Neither pimples nor recurring dizziness. After my cycle with the pill, I got my period as normal as before and on the exact day (I wouldn't have thought that) and I hardly had any heavy bleeding except for the first day. I would even say that my period without the pill is more comfortable with the capsules.
