How can I claim the money-back guarantee?
Conditions:
We will refund the purchase price of one pack per product per person in our shop (fenou.eu) purchased products.
If you have purchased multiple packs of the same product, we will only refund the full purchase price if the remaining packs are returned to us unopened. The refund will be issued less any discounts.
The following products are excluded from the money-back guarantee: Guides* and promotional products.
*This also applies if these products were purchased as part of a bundle. The value of these items will be deducted from the purchase price. The items do not need to be returned.
Proceed:
- Please contact our customer service with the following information (support@fenou.de): Name, order number, reason for claiming under the warranty.
- We will send you a return label. This is free of charge for you.
- You send both sealed and opened products back to us.
- We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the return has been processed in our warehouse. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
